Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of engine parts like Wet & Dry Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, Air-Water Cooled Blocks, Valve Guides, Injector sleeves, Anti-polishing rings, Engine Valves, Valve guides, Valve seats, and custom-made casting parts for automobiles, industrial, agriculture and mining industry. We are proud to be IATF 16949:2016 certified, showcasing our commitment to quality and excellence. With over 40 years of experience, we now produce over 3-million-cylinder liners annually. Our team, consisting of over 200 experienced and technically qualified members, takes great pride in producing the highest quality products.
Our History
Our founder, Mr. Damji Akabari, began this company in 1982 with a clear vision. He aimed to offer engine cylinder liners and other engine components that meet OEM standards, lasting longer, improving engine life, and reducing carbon emissions. With his expertise, he constantly enhances our manufacturing process by choosing top-quality raw materials and utilizing modern facilities and machinery. Starting with one manufacturing facility, we have now grown to five strategically located facilities.

Manufacturing Excellence
Located in Rajkot, India, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility boasts 11 induction furnaces, 25 automatic, and 175 manual centrifugal casting machines. We have developed proprietary processes to ensure the highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our machine shop is equipped with CNC machines, special purpose boring machines, Plateau honing machines, and Centreless grinding machines for precise execution.
Quality Assurance
Quality is our top priority, and we adhere to rigorous quality assurance processes. We utilize advanced testing equipment such as special gauges, roughness testers, slip gauges, height gauges, Ferro lab, metallurgical microscopes, spectrometers, tensile testers, hardness testers, roundness testers, and profile projectors to maintain industry-leading standards.
