In the No-Bake Casting process, high-quality silica sand is mixed with specially formulated resin and hardener to prepare strong and stable molds without the need for baking or heating. This process allows the production of complex and heavy casting shapes with precise dimensions and minimal casting defects.

Molten alloy steel or manganese steel is then poured into the prepared molds under controlled temperature conditions to achieve uniform grain structure, enhanced hardness, and improved impact resistance. After solidification, the cast components undergo fettling, shot blasting, heat treatment, machining, and stringent quality inspections to ensure excellent wear resistance, toughness, and operational reliability.
