A chemically bonded sand moulding process that provides excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Suitable for heavy and complex industrial parts.

At Anand Liners, common heat treatment processes used for alloy steel castings:
Wear parts and heavy engineering castings usually require Q&T
Stainless steel castings often require solution annealing
Some simple carbon steel castings may not need heat treatment

At Anand Factory, the packing process for no-bake casting products is carried out in a clean, well-organized, and controlled environment to ensure product safety and quality.
After final inspection, all cast components are carefully cleaned and visually checked for any defects. The approved products are then moved to the dedicated packing department, where trained personnel handle each component with proper care.
Heavy-duty wooden boxes and pallets are used for packing to ensure safe transportation. Each casting is properly arranged and secured inside the box to prevent movement and damage during transit. Protective materials and rust-prevention measures are applied wherever required.
The packing area maintains a dust-free and systematic layout, with clear workflow and safety practices. Every package is labeled with necessary identification details for easy tracking and dispatch.
This ensures that all products from Anand Liners Factory reach customers in perfect condition, with consistent quality and reliability.
